Professional Guide

Everything you need to manage your salon on BeautiGO

Salon Photos

  1. 1Go to Profile → scroll to your salon card
  2. 2Tap the camera icon or empty photo slot to add a photo
  3. 3Choose "Take Photo" or "Choose from Library"
  4. 4The first photo becomes your cover image, visible in search results
  5. 5You can add up to 5 photos. Tap the ✕ on a photo to remove it
  6. 6Tip: use high-quality, well-lit photos of your salon interior and work

Opening Hours

  1. 1Go to Profile → find "Opening Hours" section
  2. 2Tap "Edit Hours" to open the editor
  3. 3Toggle each day on/off with the switch
  4. 4Tap the time to change opening and closing hours
  5. 5To add a lunch break, tap "Add break" under any day
  6. 6Set break start and end times (e.g., 12:00 – 13:00)
  7. 7Tap "Save" when done, changes are immediate

Holidays & Vacations

  1. 1Go to Profile → find "Holidays" section under your salon
  2. 2Tap "+ Add" to create a new holiday period
  3. 3Select start date and end date
  4. 4Add an optional note (e.g., "Summer vacation")
  5. 5During holidays, your salon will show a holiday banner to clients
  6. 6Clients cannot book appointments during holiday dates
  7. 7Swiss public holidays (New Year, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Ascension, August 1, Christmas) are automatically blocked

Payment Methods

  1. 1Go to Profile → find "Payment at the salon" section
  2. 2Tap on a payment method to enable or disable it
  3. 3Available methods: Cash, Credit Card, TWINT, Apple Pay
  4. 4At least one method must always be active
  5. 5Clients will only see the methods you have enabled when booking
  6. 6Note: payments happen at your salon, BeautiGO does not process payments between you and clients

Print Salon Card

  1. 1Go to Profile → scroll to bottom of your salon card
  2. 2Tap "Print Salon Card"
  3. 3A printable page opens in your browser with your salon details
  4. 4Includes: name, address, hours, services, QR code
  5. 5Tap "Print / Save PDF" to print or save
  6. 6Display it in your salon window to attract walk-in clients

Language

  1. 1Go to Profile → Settings → Language
  2. 2Choose from: English, French, German, Italian
  3. 3The entire app switches to your selected language
  4. 4Your language preference is saved and synced across devices
  5. 5SMS reminders to your clients are sent in their preferred language

Services

  1. 1Go to the Services tab (tag icon in the bottom bar)
  2. 2Tap "+" to add a new service
  3. 3Select a category, then choose from the suggested service names
  4. 4Set the duration (in minutes) and price (in CHF)
  5. 5Each service can only be added once
  6. 6Basic plan: up to 10 services. Pro plan: unlimited
  7. 7To edit or delete a service, tap on it in the list

Analytics (Pro)

  1. 1Go to the Analytics tab (chart icon in the bottom bar)
  2. 2View your bookings, revenue, and cancellation rate
  3. 3Switch between 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days view
  4. 4Pro plan unlocks: revenue trends, top services, busiest days, peak hours, client retention
  5. 5Basic plan shows overview cards only, upgrade to Pro for full insights

Subscription & Billing

  1. 1Go to Profile → Subscription card
  2. 2"Switch Plan" opens the plan selection page to change between Basic and Pro
  3. 3"Billing" opens the Stripe portal to manage your payment method or cancel
  4. 4After cancellation, your salon stays visible until the end of the billing period + 7 days grace
  5. 5After the grace period, your salon is hidden from search until you resubscribe

Tips for Success

  • Add at least 3 high-quality photos, salons with photos get 5x more bookings
  • Keep your opening hours up to date, clients trust accurate information
  • Respond to bookings quickly, confirmed appointments build client loyalty
  • Encourage clients to leave reviews after their visit
  • Use the Print Salon Card feature to attract walk-in clients
