Professional Guide
Everything you need to manage your salon on BeautiGO
Salon Photos
- 1Go to Profile → scroll to your salon card
- 2Tap the camera icon or empty photo slot to add a photo
- 3Choose "Take Photo" or "Choose from Library"
- 4The first photo becomes your cover image, visible in search results
- 5You can add up to 5 photos. Tap the ✕ on a photo to remove it
- 6Tip: use high-quality, well-lit photos of your salon interior and work
Opening Hours
- 1Go to Profile → find "Opening Hours" section
- 2Tap "Edit Hours" to open the editor
- 3Toggle each day on/off with the switch
- 4Tap the time to change opening and closing hours
- 5To add a lunch break, tap "Add break" under any day
- 6Set break start and end times (e.g., 12:00 – 13:00)
- 7Tap "Save" when done, changes are immediate
Holidays & Vacations
- 1Go to Profile → find "Holidays" section under your salon
- 2Tap "+ Add" to create a new holiday period
- 3Select start date and end date
- 4Add an optional note (e.g., "Summer vacation")
- 5During holidays, your salon will show a holiday banner to clients
- 6Clients cannot book appointments during holiday dates
- 7Swiss public holidays (New Year, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Ascension, August 1, Christmas) are automatically blocked
Payment Methods
- 1Go to Profile → find "Payment at the salon" section
- 2Tap on a payment method to enable or disable it
- 3Available methods: Cash, Credit Card, TWINT, Apple Pay
- 4At least one method must always be active
- 5Clients will only see the methods you have enabled when booking
- 6Note: payments happen at your salon, BeautiGO does not process payments between you and clients
Print Salon Card
- 1Go to Profile → scroll to bottom of your salon card
- 2Tap "Print Salon Card"
- 3A printable page opens in your browser with your salon details
- 4Includes: name, address, hours, services, QR code
- 5Tap "Print / Save PDF" to print or save
- 6Display it in your salon window to attract walk-in clients
Language
- 1Go to Profile → Settings → Language
- 2Choose from: English, French, German, Italian
- 3The entire app switches to your selected language
- 4Your language preference is saved and synced across devices
- 5SMS reminders to your clients are sent in their preferred language
Services
- 1Go to the Services tab (tag icon in the bottom bar)
- 2Tap "+" to add a new service
- 3Select a category, then choose from the suggested service names
- 4Set the duration (in minutes) and price (in CHF)
- 5Each service can only be added once
- 6Basic plan: up to 10 services. Pro plan: unlimited
- 7To edit or delete a service, tap on it in the list
Analytics (Pro)
- 1Go to the Analytics tab (chart icon in the bottom bar)
- 2View your bookings, revenue, and cancellation rate
- 3Switch between 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days view
- 4Pro plan unlocks: revenue trends, top services, busiest days, peak hours, client retention
- 5Basic plan shows overview cards only, upgrade to Pro for full insights
Subscription & Billing
- 1Go to Profile → Subscription card
- 2"Switch Plan" opens the plan selection page to change between Basic and Pro
- 3"Billing" opens the Stripe portal to manage your payment method or cancel
- 4After cancellation, your salon stays visible until the end of the billing period + 7 days grace
- 5After the grace period, your salon is hidden from search until you resubscribe

- ✦Add at least 3 high-quality photos, salons with photos get 5x more bookings
- ✦Keep your opening hours up to date, clients trust accurate information
- ✦Respond to bookings quickly, confirmed appointments build client loyalty
- ✦Encourage clients to leave reviews after their visit
- ✦Use the Print Salon Card feature to attract walk-in clients
