Terms of Service

By accessing or using the BeautiGO mobile application or the beautigo.ch website ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

These Terms apply to all users, including clients who book appointments and professionals who offer beauty services through our platform.

BeautiGO is a platform that connects clients with beauty professionals in Switzerland. We provide tools for discovering salons, booking appointments, managing schedules, and communicating between clients and professionals.

We act as an intermediary and are not a party to the service agreement between clients and professionals. The actual beauty services are provided by independent professionals.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

As a client, you may browse salons, book appointments, and leave reviews. You agree to:

- Provide accurate information when booking appointments.

- Arrive on time for your appointments or cancel/reschedule with reasonable notice.

- Treat professionals with respect and not engage in abusive behavior.

- Pay for services as agreed with the professional (BeautiGO does not process payments for beauty services at this time).

As a professional, you may list your salon, manage services, and accept bookings. You agree to:

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your business, services, and pricing.

- Provide your Swiss commercial register number for verification purposes.

- Honor confirmed bookings and deliver services as described.

- Comply with all applicable Swiss laws and regulations regarding your business and services.

- Not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.

Professional accounts require a subscription. We currently offer Basic (CHF 20/month) and Pro (CHF 45/month) plans. The Basic plan includes a 1-month free trial.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel or change your plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not apply retroactively to active billing periods.

We may introduce additional plans (such as Premium) in the future, which will be subject to separate terms announced at launch.

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, photos, business descriptions). By posting content, you grant BeautiGO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with our Services.

You may not post content that is defamatory, harassing, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

The BeautiGO name, logo, app design, website design, and all related trademarks, trade names, and intellectual property are owned by BeautiGO. You may not use, copy, or reproduce them without our prior written consent.

BeautiGO provides its Services "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by professionals.

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, BeautiGO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to BeautiGO in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Switzerland.
